Welcome to the Human Leukocyte Antigen - Disease Association Platform (HLA-DAP)

HLA-DAP is an interactive platform dedicated to the study of HLA-disease associations, integrating data from autoimmune disorders, infections, cancers, allergies, and transplantation-related complications. As a component of the 19th International Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Workshop (IHIW 2026), this initiative aims to centralise and standardise genotype data from both published and unpublished studies, offering a comprehensive resource for researchers worldwide.

By synthesising HLA genotype and frequency data and enabling advanced analytical tools, HLA-DAP provides an open-access environment for exploring the role of HLA in disease susceptibility and immune function. The platform is dedicated to data sharing and visualisation, bridging the gap between HLA association studies and clinical applications while supporting future advancements in immunogenetics and precision medicine.

Researchers are invited to contribute data, collaborate, and utilise the platform’s resources to drive new discoveries in HLA-related research.
