This section provides access to interactive tools developed within the HLA-Disease Association Platform. These tools are designed to support the exploration, visualisation, and interpretation of HLA-disease association data.
Interactive HLA-Disease Association Explorer
The current beta version allows users to explore curated HLA-disease association data through disease-centred, lineage-centred, and population-centred views.
The explorer includes association plots, geographic distribution maps, and meta-analysis summaries. Functions and datasets will continue to be updated during platform development.
